Refund and Cancellation is a Unit of Vinay HeartBeat Education Private Limited. We at are dedicated to provide services and products to help medical students all over the world to help in their studies and preparation of various examinations.

Our refund and cancellation policies are structured to ensure delivery of full satisfaction and quality to our customers.

Terms of refund and cancellations-

  1. Customers are entitled for refund of all services and products if they are not satisfied and report to us using email or telephone, within 3 days of of placing the order.

  2. Customer is entitled for no refund/cancellation for products or services which are once used by him/her.

  3. In case of a refund or cancellation all additional costs like shipping charges, packaging charges, activation charges, transaction fees etc. which occur in the event of proper delivery of the product or activation of a service should be given by the customer

  4. In case you feel that the product/services received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  5. All returned products should be shipped back to us in unused conditions with all tags and packaging attached. 

 To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 3 days of your purchase. Please provide details of your order via email or telephone and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
